Job Description


1. Provide leadership through creative planning, execution, and evaluation of key co-curricular program (experiential learning) elements.

a. Provide leadership coaching and career coaching, utilizing career and personality assessment tools to coach graduate students per individual students’ academic and career preparation needs.
b. Design, plan, and coordinate high-impact experiential learning opportunities, including offsite graduate student retreats.
c. In collaboration with the Fellows Associate Director of Student Learning & Living, monitor and evaluate graduate student learning success metrics for the residential graduate assistantships and advise Director on potential improvement efforts.

2. Advise graduate students on academics, including degree completion planning, course scheduling, registration, and academic success strategies.

3. Deliver administrative services to the Masters programming and staff in the following ways:
a. Lead liaison efforts between NGU and Impact 360 Institute with respect to admissions, registration, and graduation.
b. Schedule all Masters program meetings, including individual and team meetings and the use of on-campus classroom facilities for graduate courses.
c. Monitor and assist with budgeting, purchasing and reimbursement processes.
d. Collaborate with the Guest Experience Coordinator and Fellows Logistics Specialist to deliver an excellent Commissioning experience for graduating students.

4. Maintain primary responsibility for creating and updating key program policy manuals, including the graduate student handbook, and Impact 360 Institute’s section of the NGU academic catalogue.

5. Support the Enrollment team by being available for Masters recruitment activities and applicant interviews.

1. An evangelical believer practicing an active faith in a New Testament-based denomination and in unreserved agreement with the Institute’s Statement of Faith and Biblical Conduct and Lifestyle Standards.

Must also:
a. Support the vision, values and philosophy of the Institute.
b. Understand and support the Community Standards established for the student learning and living community at Impact 360 Institute’s Masters experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
3. Minimum three years of full-time experience in an educational or professional development environment.
4. Understanding of the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) preferred.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage many details of multiple projects without overlooking important details.
6. Ability to advocate for continuous improvements in processes, systems, and overall program efficiency.
7. Demonstrated characteristics of patience, approachability, dependability, and creativity. Ability to work independently and as a strong team player under time pressures without loss of poise, grace, or humor.
8. Demonstrated ability to solve challenges in a highly relational, high context environment, and bring them to a successful resolution. Ability to make sound, rational judgments, analyze situations accurately and take effective action.
