Job Description:  Under the direction of the Tour Manager, the Brand Ambassador is responsible for: Logistical support to Tour Manager while on the road. Aid in set-up and tear-down of the mobile display. Provide consistent presentation and message for the visitors. Assist in Entrance and Sponsorship areas during all events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Brewco Marketing Group’s Tour Manager, Regional Manager, and Program Director for the Compassion International Mobile Experience.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines for all tour assets and staff.
  • Assist in the safe and efficient set-up of the program, provide leadership on activation days and assist in tear-down of all elements associated with the interior and exterior of the display trailers. This includes all display elements, electrical, and audio.
  • Maintain open communication lines among tour staff and the Brewco Marketing Group team.
  • All other duties assigned.

Basic Tasks:

  • Be engaging, friendly, and professional when meeting with visitors to the display.
  • Work well with all Compassion International and Brewco Marketing Group employees.
  • Work as a team and be willing to follow directions from others and apply them to assigned tasks.
  • Help to raise sponsorships for the children in need.
  • Assist in training volunteers during set-up, tear-down, and event activations.
  • Assist visitors through the Compassion Experience and be willing to find answers to any questions they may have.
  • Keep areas neat while working and return items to correct locations following demonstrations.
  • Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in presentations.
  • Participate in required meetings and/or trainings.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with experiential marketing tours preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to eighty (80%) percent of time as needed.
  • Must be able to lift objects of at least thirty (30) pounds.

It will allow attendees to be immersed in devastating effects of child poverty, and the blessing of hope as those children are "sponsored" through Compassion's world class program. Tens of thousands of people will be changed by Change the Story, many of whom will begin the adventure of sponsoring their own child.


This position must have a complete understanding of Compassion, the Compassion mission statement and they must be comfortable with communicating such information to Mobile Experience guests and media.
