Location of Job: Campus
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm
Salary Range: In addition to salary – housing, utilities, internet, laundry facility and meals (when cafeteria is open) are furnished.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Adhering to 1 Timothy 3:2 by living above reproach in all areas of our Christian walk
Be part of the mission: to educate and disciple students for Christ
Follow the vision: bringing students in by what they want, and sending them out with what they need
Hold fast our core values: holiness, teamwork (Phil. 2:4), service (John 13:1-17)
Maintain internet job sites when there is an opening for faculty and staff.
Be the contact for applicants, receiving applications, references and answering questions. Inform the Executive Director when applications are complete and then set up interview per the Director’s requests.
Get ready all required new staff paper work and give to the new staff with an expected completion date. When completed paper work is received back update the Data Sheet and Employee Data Base.
Keep a current binder with a copy of Staff Data Sheet and a copy of staff license for emergencies.
Set up Ministry Safe Training for new staff and email it to new staff for them to complete. Once the training is complete make a copy of the certificate and put in the employee file.
Make a printed copy of the driver list from the Staff Database for the office staff. Fax a current driver list to the insurance company when new drivers are put on or taken off.
Keep a Staff Phone List current and email a new PDF copy to staff.
Order curriculum requested by the teachers and approved by the Executive Director. Check-in ordered curriculum when it arrives and let the teachers know when it is ready to pick up.
Order supplies from Amazon, Staples and Sam’s Club for the campus.
