As Office staff you will greet parents and visitors. You will help with communication to all areas of the campus and be a vital part of making all aspects of campus life run smoothly.
A few of the tasks you will be responsible for are: Interface with staff, prioritizing their needs/requests. Facilitate communication between the Executive Director, teachers, students, staff and visitors. Preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, studies. Compile data/information as needed by the Executive Director. Maintain a master calendar for the campus. Answer the phone, make copies, send faxes and place purchase orders as approved by the Executive Director.
