Kitchen Manager

As a kitchen manager you will fulfill yearly Training & Professional Standards as required by the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program.  Submit paper work required by the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program.   Utilize My Foods to order commodity food and submit paper work required by the United Food Bank.  Order and receive foods, supplies and check invoices and inventorying all goods and supplies.  Supervise the cooks, utility persons and student workers.  Train new employees and student workers.  Assist in food preparation as needed.  Follow all state and federal food service regulations.
