Job Description
Our mission in Student Ministries is simple: to lead our students to know and follow Jesus. The volunteers and staff our our ministry work hard and have a blast helping young people discover and fall in love with Jesus! Under the direction of the Executive Pastor of Family Ministries, the Associate Pastor of Student Ministries will be responsible for:
- Development of volunteer leaders.
- Oversight of weekly and seasonal programming.
- Development of Student Leaders who become lifelong followers of Jesus Christ and live a lifestyle of investing in others to do the same.
This position will work with all areas of Student Ministries, but the primary focus will be Junior High (grades 6-8).

First Free Church is full of anticipation for what God wants to do in and through us. Founded in 1983 by five families looking for a place to study God’s Word, we have grown into a congregation with an average weekly attendance of 1300+ adults, teens, and children. From the beginning, we have been known for solid biblical teaching coupled with warm community. We have also had a strong focus on outreach through global missions, local service, and church planting.
