We partner with the Dover Baptist Association, Baptist General Association of Virginia, and the Southern Baptist Convention in seeking to fulfill the Great Commission and adhere to the Baptist Faith and Mission statement of 2000. We currently average about 75 in Sunday School and 115 in worship.. Our current worship style is blended between traditional and contemporary. Our present staff includes an Administrative Assistant, full-time Weekday Education Director, and a part-time Worship Coordinator. Our deacon board is composed of both men and women.
About the Senior Pastor Candidate:
Candidate must be energetic and gifted to help us begin a work of revitalization and visioning for the future.
The candidate should have graduate theological training in an accredited seminary.
The ideal candidate should have five or more years of successful experience as pastor of a Southern Baptist Church. Individuals in positions such as associate pastor or youth minister who have met the years of experience are encouraged to apply.
