We are looking for a highly motivated Seasonal Administrative Assistant. This will begin as a seasonal role, from March 4th to June 28th, but has the potential to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate has a combination of ministry and administrative experience, is highly detailed, and has an extremely strong work ethic. Although we are a 32-year-old company, we have grown considerably since 2008. We are in need of capable Administrative Assistants to help us continue that success.

Seasonal Administrative Assistant - Job Profile and Description
The job of the Seasonal Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support regarding all aspects of airfare-related travel information. You will work in conjunction with our sales team, coordinator team, and multiple vendors, to coordinate the entire airfare process, by treating each trip as a unique and defined project. This process includes processing and sending quotes, arranging for the booking of tickets, issuing tickets, tracking payments of clients and due dates for vendors, managing deadlines and preparing final travel documents for the client.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting Sales Account Representatives and Executives with their client’s airfare quotes.
Work with our vendors to book tickets for the clients.
Collecting payments and other transactions from the clients and maintaining applicable records.
Helping to secure needed information so that travel documents can be correctly issued.
Problem solve when difficult circumstances arise in order to serve the client and minimize mistakes.

No travel industry experience necessary, training will be provided.
