Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining the Executive Director’s full professional schedule and managing key aspects of said schedule. The Part-Time Executive Assistant will assist in coordinating any scheduling of events and projects, communicating with other employees and high-level community leaders, and thinking creatively to problem solve are key responsibilities.

  • Manages calendars to ensure the Executive Director is organized and prepared.
  • Supports other Staff as directed.
  • Meeting planning for both on and off-site meetings.
  • Books and calendars travel, both domestic and international.
  • Attends meetings when appropriate to record ideas and action items shared.
  • Collaborates with other employees to complete projects as assigned with accuracy, meeting all agreed upon deadlines.
  • Prepares presentations using appropriate software(s)
  • Troubleshoots issues as they may arise to best utilize Executive’s time.
  • Utilizes a resourceful and proactive approach to accomplishing assignments.
  • Approaches all clients and employees with a positive tone.
  • Handles sensitive matters with utmost discretion, care and accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
