As the HR Manager at Techno Aerospace you will have your hands on every aspect of the HR and People Growing Function.Are you experienced with benefit plan negotiations, writing policies and procedures, federal, state and local employment regulations and compensation management? This knowledge is the cornerstone of providing a positive and consistent work environment where everyone can focus on job growth and productivity.

Our HR manager implements systems and processes and maintains real time measurement of the improvement.
Our HR Manager is not a desk jockey.Are you most comfortable in a production environment - getting out on the floor and really connecting with employees?
Are you passionate about developing employees through understanding each individual and how they learn?
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (preferred) or Business Administration with a minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
2-3 years previous management experience with focus on project management as well as HR management.
Bilingual with the ability to speak read and write in English and Spanish
Previous experience using ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations.
Experience examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Strong organizational, problem solving and follow up skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience studying and/or working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment or 5S Culture looked upon very favorably.
Proficiency managing the payroll function in concert with HR.
Innovative recruiting capability.
Flexibility to travel occasionally to newly acquired locations in Tampa and Dallas.
Techno Aerospace puts you in control by offering a compensation structure that includes three key components, paid bi-weekly:
Fixed base pay
Variable pay based on personal performance
Variable pay based on achievement of company goals
Compensation offer to candidates will range from $75K to $95K, depending on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Year-end bonus is additional.
