The person in the Office Assistant position provides key support to multiple financial advisors and the back office team at Ambassador Advisors. This part-time position (M-F, 10 am to 2 pm) would be a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, task-oriented, and tech-savvy. Our office completes a high volume of client and prospective client appointments, and the primary responsibility of the person in this position is to ensure that the confidential paperwork generated by appointments is scanned and filed quickly and accurately in our electronic filing system. Applicants should be comfortable learning and using multiple software systems.
