Executive Director

Executive Director for Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) – A non-profit Christian organization located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 yearly (depending on experience)

Hours: 32 hours/week minimum (with flex days/partial work from home options)

Position Overview or Job Description:

The Executive Center Director has the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the pregnancy center. This includes, but is not limited to, the training and management of all staff and volunteers, the implementation of necessary programs to meet client needs and fundraising responsibilities.

Qualifications:

*A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord;

*A strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity;

*A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a helping field, or related experience equivalent;

*Two years of experience in a helping profession in a position requiring management experience or equivalent;

 *Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, public speaking, peer counseling, and problem solving; 

*Ability to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and support to the staff and volunteers.
