Ambassador Advisors, LLC (AALLC) is a comprehensive planning firm and full-service Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), offering financial services through Financial Advisors across the United States. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) works closely with and reports directly to the AALLC Executive Group. The COO oversees operations of the company and helps implement the strategic vision of the firm.  The COO is mission critical to the advancement of the firm’s strategic goals and tactical initiatives, including the implementation of the firm’s “franchise model” that relies upon increased internal efficiencies and productivity. The position accomplishes these duties through a dynamic “ownership” of all internal functions, guided by the values, vision and mission of the company. Responsibilities Assist in the development, prioritization, management and execution of firm-wide goals, initiatives and priorities. Oversee activities of those employees heading the operations, business services, service quality and process excellence areas of the firm. Supervision and oversight of management. Liaison/problem solver for affiliated planning professionals. Offer guidance, mentoring and direction to firm management and colleagues. Oversee quarterly conference calls with the firm’s community of planning professionals. Assist Executive Group with contribution of content for the company’s publications. Host and participate in regular management team meetings. Active participation in bi-weekly Executive Group meetings. Ensure that those supervised utilize means of digital transparency. Work with reports to build, agree upon and execute the firm’s quarterly and annual goals & objectives. Help to embed a “Do More” mindset within the staffing structure of the firm. Job Requirements Excellent interview and communications skills. Ability to train, mentor and manage colleagues. Strong conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and delegate tasks. Strong knowledge of various financial metrics and incentive compensation program structures. Educations and Experience A college degree with a preference for a concentration in Business Administration. Previous experience in a senior/executive management role. Job Preferences Knowledge of Registered Investment Advisor operations. Experience in a sales-driven organization. Ability to implement policies and procedures into an automated operational system. Ability to adapt and conform to the firm’s regulatory business and operational environment. Working knowledge of FINRA, SEC and the state regulatory rules and regulations.
