JOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Navigator is responsible for various human resources functions. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as: administrative functions, recruiting and onboarding, workers’ compensation, performance review planning, and benefits administration. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization.
