North Cascades Child Development Center is a faith based childcare center seeking the right person to join our administrative team. We are currently hiring for a Program Supervisor who first and foremost has a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and is comfortable sharing that love with children, staff, and families. This position provides direction for staff and children in early learning classrooms and guides the early learning program planning of curriculum philosophy, design and implementation that meets program goals and state licensing requirements. It also provides a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on building achievement and belonging in youth and relationships among youth and within families.
