Boys Farm is a Christ-centered organization that provides a nurturing Christian home for boys in a residential setting.  We are hiring a married couple to live full time with 5-8 boys in a home and to make a transformative impact in their lives.   As a House Parent, you will manage the children in your house, and will be part of a team like-minded couples on our campus. You will help establish and maintain a steady daily routine for the children that you are responsible for, including: waking up, breakfast, transportation to school or appointments, daily chores and daily leisure activities and exercise, study time, personal hygiene, devotions and bedtime.
