The Dream Center of Lake Elsinore (DCLE) seeks a mature, experienced individual to lead and manage a well-established and growing food pantry ministry.  Qualifications include: Five plus years of experience in Christian ministry leadership (must have proven ability to lead and develop other leaders.) Excellent administrative operations skillset (looking for a strategic, systems & processes-oriented thinker/executor) Demonstrated ability to manage an entity with $1.5mm operating budget (non-profit experience a plus) High computer proficiency including social media and programs such as MS Office (Ex: Word, XL, PPT, Publisher, etc.)  CRM experience a plus. Must be highly detail-oriented and precise (especially with numbers) as well as organized and methodical) Handles stress and pressure with grace and optimism; willing to accept feedback from leadership and others on the team. Bilingual a plus.
