This staff position is to develop and provide spiritual, relational, organizational, and administrative leadership, oversee, and work with the church choir. The Music Ministry Director shall seek to foster a strong music program through building relationships with volunteers, accompanists, and congregational members wishing to sing.  The Director will build on the strength of the existing music ministry in collaborative and unified worship.  The Director will help lead the congregation into ever-deepening worship and relationship with God through Jesus Christ Responsibilities:   Lead praise and worship, hymns, and selections during Sunday worship services, special services, including weekly sound check, pre-service rehearsal and warm-up.
