JOB DESCRIPTION CHURCH ON THE ROCK - PASTOR   Qualifications Background, and Experience: Meet the Scriptural qualifications for Pastor as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and 5:17-20; Acts 20:28-31; Ephesians 4:11; 1 Peter 5:1-3; 1 Corinthians 9:6-14; Titus 1:5-9 Prefer an undergraduate or higher degree from a Bible college or other institution. Desire a minimum of five years lead pastoral experience. Be in complete agreement with Church On The Rock doctrinal statement Know the Word and have Scriptural insight.
