Summary: Assist the Director with all services of the day to day operation of the center by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the intake, initial interview and exit process for clients entering the center for services.
Oversee all client service files to ensure clients receive requested services and the paperwork is in order with required signatures, etc.
Communicate with medical staff, client advocates, facilitators and the director to coordinate recommended services for each client.
Communicate with clients to keep them informed about new programs available and class schedules.
Coordinate volunteer training, onsite training, and client advocates daily assignments as instructed by the director.
Monitor literature, brochures, tapes, etc. used in the sessions and inform staff of deficiencies.
Conduct counseling/guidance sessions and assess client needs.
Facilitate group and education classes when necessary.
Education and/or Experience
Associates Degree with two years experience in education, counseling, ministry or social service field. The successful candidate with exhibit a strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life.
