Strategic Partner Relationship Manager

As a new member of our Church Network team you’ll engage with our strategic network partners to help articulate and evangelize the insights platform.  You are naturally drawn to people and are able to build strong bonds that stand the test of time.  You are a practiced project manager with the intuition to sniff out trouble spots before they happen.  This combined with your deep commitment to faith and understanding of the church ecosystem will blend together into an incredible growth opportunity for everyone!

 

Here is what needs to be done:

  • Managing Network organization accounts to ensure success of the relationship and the objectives
  • Driving the development of statements of work and the associated approval cycles
  • Managing project scope, budgets, charters, timelines, key milestones and being on the lookout for expansion opportunities
  • Developing a deep understanding of the network ecosystem to provide strategic insights for how to best leverage Gloo’s platform and services
  • Identifying repeatable, scalable services that can be nurtured further into the network and/or ecosystem
  • Directing the sourcing of deployment services with your internal team members to allow for achievement of project objectives
  • Facilitating the learning validation processes with partners and adjusting strategies when necessary to ensure that learning is validated
  • Communicating and managing all customer meetings, timelines, milestones and deliverables with all stakeholders
  • Faithfully documenting all your work in Salesforce

 

And what you’ll need for success:

  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a medium/large church as an office staff member or clergy
  • Demonstrated experience in a relationship management or client services role
  • Wildly passionate about delivering work that has a broad, positive influence on its audience
  • Aligned with the purpose, mission and values of the Church Faith community
  • Experience with a variety of tools – we use Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Salesforce, Google Docs, Trello, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outcome focused, results oriented and an unshakable positive attitude
  • A sharp mind that is eager to learn, absorb and apply new concepts
  • A refined communication style – you can present with ease, communicate complex concepts in a digestible manner and your command of language is remarkable
  • Ability to manage time, activities and priorities skillfully and without direct supervision
  • Ability to travel – 10-30% is about right
