Church Account Manager

You’re someone who loves to serve alongside organizations to bring them to success! Success means you have provided outstanding strategy and direction that earns the organization’s trust and renewed business. You are motivated by finding unique solutions for the organization’s problems, honoring their timeline and providing right place, right time insight. You know what our services and platform technologies do so you can effortlessly navigate the appropriate mix for each of your customers. You also know their agreement and charter like the back of your hand, because you are driven to absolutely delight them with our work.
Here's what needs to be done:
• Ensuring overall success of church and faith based customers on all of Gloo’s capabilities
• Using data and analytics as proof points of your organization’s success
• Developing an ongoing strategy to secure adoption and execution of projects
• Leading successful execution of all agreements – statements of work, memos of understanding and project charters
• Working through each organization’s decision process to help them achieve their objectives through the Gloo infrastructures – managing each step with intent and purpose 
• Helping identify the appropriate staff and level of effort for each project activity
• Delivering powerful presentations – in person, web demos, over the phone – with presence and purpose
• Faithfully keeping your account activity documented in Salesforce so your manager doesn’t have to nag you
• Building deep and meaningful relationships with your church partners
And what you need for success:
• An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
• An extensive background working in a broad range of church ministry contexts - especially staff and lay roles in large and mega churches
• At least 5 years of experience building relationships at all levels within churches, religious organizations or other faith-based institutions 
• Natural gift for eliciting support for your ideas with energy and innovation
• A sharp mind that is eager to learn, absorb and apply new concepts
• A refined communication style – you can present with ease, communicate complex concepts in a digestible manner and your command of language is remarkable
• Ability to manage time, activities and priorities skillfully and without direct supervision
• Fiercely results oriented – serving customers is your jam
• You know how to play on a team – after all, a rising tide lifts all boats
• You like to travel – some organizations need some face to face time
