Summary: Oversee The Turnaround Agenda and Fellowship Christian Academy Athletics programs and volunteer coordination as well as implementing community projects for public school youth by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in strategic planning sessions of Outreach.
Develop and maintain a budget and monitor all funds expended.
Coordinate services and activities with other Outreach directors.
Oversee FCA Athletics and Physical Education
Oversee TTA and FCA Summer Programs
Develop and implement a plan for recruiting youth to participate in various Outreach programs including but not limited to High School Heroes and sports related programs such as baseball, football, and basketball.
Coordinate activities and program scheduling for participants and volunteers.
Develop and implement sports league for public school youth.
Oversee facility and equipment maintenance during and after program activities.
Oversee FCA and Athletic League Security
Coordinate Outreach Athletic League teams with community and school teams.
Establish and maintain relationships throughout the community, specifically with participating public schools and youth-serving organizations.
Participate in committee meetings of various community agencies, including representing Outreach at school gatherings.
Monitor program activities to ensure quality and maximum benefits to the participants.
Participate in the established evaluation protocol, which includes, but is not limited to documentation of activities, data collection, and the creation of logic models and work plans.
Submit a weekly report of client activities, enrollment, information dissemination, and community-based process to the Associate Pastor.
Ensure that program youth, according to their needs, are integrated into the life of the church through various programs that develop fellowship and personal Christian growth.
Foster a spirit of cooperation among FCA and TTA staff, parents, students, board of directors, volunteers and the community.
Complete Oak Bible Fellowship’s leadership requirements as outlined by the ministry.
Education and/or Experience A Bachelor or Master’s degree in related field or five years combination of experience and education. Strong background in athletics, community development and management.
