Family Legacy has been called to work exclusively with the country of Zambia and specifically with the orphaned and vulnerable children who live there. Zambia is a landlocked country slightly larger than the state of Texas. Weexist to connect American families with the orphaned and vulnerable children of Zambia to proclaim the gospel, transform lives, and rescue orphans.
Under the leadership of the Director of Child Sponsorship's Account Services, the Sponsorship Account Manager will be responsible for recruitment, cultivation, relationship development, retention and stewardship of FLMI’s sponsors and monthly supporters, administrative support, and assist the Sponsorship Director. In this role you will be responsible for performing various account management services and act as a direct liaison to our constituents on a daily basis. To succeed in this position, you must be able to learn quickly and jump in without being asked. Extreme attention to detail, superb communication skills, must have a "can do" attitude and support where necessary.

Support sponsorship strategies and methods or activities to ensure proper acknowledgement, recognition and stewardship of sponsors
Update and maintain current information in the database
Make weekly contacts as directed by Director of Child Sponsorship's Account Services or direct supervisor
Contribute ideas and strategy as a member of the Sponsorship's team
Participate in team planning meetings
Meet defined department goals
Inform sponsors of overdue accounts and amount currently in arrears.
Collect payments on past due sponsorship's.
Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
