Gospel for Asia is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager with a heart for transforming the lives of the impoverished and hurting through Jesus Christ. This is an opportunity to let God put your talents to use in a Christ-focused ministry with an enormous eternal impact.
As Call Center manager you will equip and encourage those under you to serve our donors and sponsors through clear communication in verbal and written form. In the call center, you'll have a unique “bridge” of ministry as you hear donor's personal accounts while you share the impact of the ministry with them.
Supervise and coordinate daily call center functions - including, but not limited to the training of new staff, preparing and maintaining department reports, and confirming PCI policies.
Quickly answer incoming calls from donors and sponsors and make outbound callbacks as needed.
Clearly answer questions from emails and letters.
Promptly support other departments when they need call center support.
Use time wisely, prioritize and delegate tasks well
A willing heart to help with special projects as they arise.
Maintain a servant heart and attitude toward fellow staff
Communicate with love and grace through written and verbal means of communication
Rely on the Lord for His grace and strength for each call, each email, and each interaction with donors and fellow co-laborers
