Mountain T.O.P. (Tennessee Outreach Project) is a Christian nonprofit, partnership ministry seeking to meet the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of the Cumberland Mountain people. Through the direct services of home repair and summer day camps for local children, Mountain T.O.P. provides an opportunity for participants nationwide to work alongside local families, crossing cultural barriers to build community, finding sustainable solutions for essential needs, and ultimately reversing the effects of fatalism.
Program Manager - Resource Management
We seek a nonprofit professional for the position of Program Manager - Resource Management. The Resource Manager is responsible for the personnel, financial, and operational functions of the Mountain T.O.P. ministry, as well as serving as a member of the Program Team, supporting all year-round programs.
This position requires a person with a servant’s heart, a strong and growing Christian faith, and a commitment to Mountain T.O.P.’s values and philosophies. The ideal candidate will possess aptitude in all aspects of leadership, especially spiritual.
This is a full time, year round management position eligible for the ministry’s benefit package, including salary, health insurance, 401K, and travel reimbursement.
