Worship Leader

  This is a volunteer position with the guarentee to go full time once finances allow. 

We are a different kind of Church. We go after the people that nobody wants. This is a harder ministry but it is more rewarding. We are looking for a Worship Leader  that is not afraid to get his hands dirty.

We are looking for a worship leader that isn't just looking for a great Sunday Morning Experience.   If you are willing to work for free at a new church plant, build your ministry from the ground up, aren't scared to go into neighborhoods nobody else will go and boldly worship God in the streets then we want you.

You have the opportunity to make this ministry yours from the ground floor, no idea is too crazy, trust me you will probably think we are crazy. We spend more time in the streets than the church, you might catch me in the pulpit in shorts and a baseball cap. Our mission is to make Jesus famous no matter the cost and have  a great time doing it!! 

Our ideal candidate will be familiar with the worship of Morningstar ministries, John Mark Mcmillan, Matt Redmond, Ben Paisley, Jason Upton, Rita Springer ...... 

Our goal is for the Worship leader to write his own songs, if you have never done this,  playing other people's music is OK to start off, but eventually it will be all on you. We want someone that is willing to disciple the next generation of worship leaders, and most of all have fun!!
