Trout Creek Community Church (TCCC) is a non-denominational church, currently seeking a full time Senior Pastor.
The Senior Pastor at TCCC will need to be a devout follower of Jesus Christ, well-grounded and experienced in Biblical teaching and preaching, and a loving, relational shepherd for our flock, embracing and living out the Biblical standards found in 1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9 and 1 Peter 5. The Senior Pastor must have a deep, clear knowledge, and understanding of Biblical truth.
The Senior Pastor’s primary responsibilities are to be a Shepherd to our flock, to preach and/or be in attendance 48 out of 52 Sundays a year, conduct counseling sessions when needed, spend an appropriate amount of time in visitation with our body and the community. In addition, the Senior Pastor will be required to provide a monthly pastoral report at the Board of Deacon meetings and the annual church business meeting. The Senior Pastor will be a non-voting member of the church Board of Deacons.
Minimum 3 Years of full time Christian service as a Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, or Missionary.
The Senior Pastor will be paid $25,000 per year with 2 weeks of paid vacation. A parsonage will be provided to the Senior Pastor and his family, all utilities including phone/internet, power, propane, garbage, and water will be paid for by the church (there is no subsequent compensation if the parsonage is not used). A gas card will be provided by TCCC to be used for church business and visitation. Continued Christian Education is encouraged and TCCC will pay yearly for an agreed upon amount for Continuing Christian Education.
TCCC is a non-denominational church with 40 voting members. We see an average of 50-60 attendants every Sunday. Our church body is made up of people from many different denominations. We serve the rural community of Trout Creek. Located on Hwy 200 in NW Montana,
