The Director of Donor Operations will provide vision, leadership and support to the teams responsible for delivering world-class donor operations. This individual will ensure staff is being developed, processes are being strengthened and technology is leveraged so teams are operating in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
Key Result #1 – In support of the Corporate Strategic Plan provides values-driven leadership in all areas of Donor Operations.
Key Result #2 – Identify, enhance and execute the processes and systems needed to achieve world-class donor operations.
Key Result #3 – Ensure compliance with all internal standards and external regulating bodies.
Key Result #4 – Team development and budget management.
