The primary responsibility is managing and supervising the day to day operations and upkeep of coffee shop, food venues and Retail Staff. Inventory management, employee relations and job training are also primary responsibilities of this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures the highest level of customer service is provided.
Responsible for leading staff in daily tasks.
Responsible for scheduling staff and ensuring adequate staffing levels for all locations.
Responsible for managing all inventory.
Operate, train on and troubleshoot Point of Sale system.
Increase sales through product knowledge, merchandising and staff training
Oversees supply reordering:
Ensure proper product levels in store and in storage
Ensure that product is properly received into inventory
Is responsible for maintenance schedules, cleanliness and organization of all venues.
Ensures that all cash handling procedures are properly followed.
Assists with interviews.
Assists with and conducts staff reviews.
Actively supports and participates in staff spiritual life activities.
Understand and demonstrates Forest Home’s Core values.
Assists co-workers in applying Forest Home’s Core values.
Takes the appropriate conflict management steps with customers and other employees when needed.
