The Regional Human Resource Manager will develop, implement, and administer the LAC region’s HR strategy, support FH organizational priorities, and build HR capability through resources, processes, and systems that enable each FH LAC field offices to achieve their strategy and FH’s vision and purpose.
Key Result #1 – Provide direction and oversight for the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of global HR standards and HR functions in the LAC region.
Key Result #2 – Build HR capacity, processes and systems in the LAC region.
Key Result #3 – Oversee the administration process of employee remuneration for the LAC region.
Key Result #4 – Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between LAC country office HR leaders, Global HR Office and the LAC Regional Office.
