Detail: General Responsibilities: Increase our support for Bible translation as reflected by international service hours. Develop and maintain a thorough and current understanding of assignment priorities and complexities in order to winsomely attract and enable people to serve. Coordinate Operations communications with Area Recruiters to meet Operations' needs, providing single-point communications wherever possible. Work proactively wih Initial Recruiter team to reduce complexity and time required to place qualified people in jobs identified by our Operations team as high-priority. Model and lead effective teamwork with other WA divisions to meet WA strategic goals. Engage with the VP of Recruiting and other Recruiting Leadership Team (RLT) members (Area Recruiters, Director of Training, Director of HR) to effectively meet Operations' priorities. Specific Responsibilities: Contact and recruit volunteers for high-priority Operations positions. Develop effective working relationships within Recruiting team. Measure progress, and overcome obstacles, to meet Recruiting goals. Qualifications: Personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Demonstrated commitment to international ministry and Bible translation. Demonstrated effectiveness in placing personnel in high-priority assignments. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
