What you’ll do:
Answer customer's questions, clarify options and solve customers’ problems
Identify with the customer while working with highly sensitive information
Strive for first call resolution while handling all issues with urgency, ownership and accountability.
Create a great customer experience.
What you’ll bring:
An ability to learn quickly and maintain knowledge/ skills to perform to a high standard.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. An ability to articulate messages and information clearly and accurately.
An ability to multitask between multiple tools and computer systems.
A friendly, positive, and flexible attitude with the ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, prioritize work and work independently.
