The Lead Major Gifts Officer plans, organizes, and provides a critical role in identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with FH donors, primarily individuals (and their families), but can include churches and other affinity organizations, as well as business and civic leaders. This role will help plan strategy and management for other FH Major Gift Officers.
Key Result #1 – Steward the relationships of major donors to maximize their connection to the mission of FH and in turn support that mission both financially and spiritually (90%).
Key Result #2 – Work with Sr. Director in developing major gifts strategy to maximize current donor file and major donor prospecting while managing Major Gift Officers to reach provided goals (10%).
