The Fold Family Ministries, one of the nation’s leading, Christ-centered residential adolescent care programs, is hiring a full-time Director of Marketing and Communications to help us tell our story and engage donors in our mission.
Who are we?
We are a full-service residential program that has successfully helped teens and families in crisis for over 50 years. Our staff includes talented counselors and teachers from across the country who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of adolescents. Together we form a vibrant, grace-based community on our beautiful campus in Lyndonville, Vermont.
What is the job?
The Director of Marketing and Communications will create and implement a compelling strategy to engage and inform families and donors. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial background and an ability to form relationships with businesses to expand the ministry’s mission and vision. Candidates must also be proficient in researching and writing grants, and must also have a proven ability to raise funds through print, digital and social channels, as well as in-person donor meetings and group presentations. An understanding of adolescent issues is strongly desired.
What are the qualifications?
A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent life experience, a desire to serve youth in a Christ-centered organization, a commitment to the doctrine and vision of the ministry, excellent speaking skills, strong organizational skills, a willingness to travel and share the vision with others

This is a full-time, salaried position in a supportive, team environment. A vehicle for work-related travel will be provided, as well as ongoing training and professional development. Flextime and remote work options are available.
