The Online & Distance Learning Program Advisor works with online students in the undergraduate and graduate programs to proactively encourage them through their programs, monitor their progress, and assist with class registration to make sure the students can finish their program in a timely manner. This is a part-time position with flexible office hours.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a related field and exhibit a strong interest in online learning and distance students. Must be highly proficient in written and oral communication and demonstrate a solution-oriented, problem solving attitude. Expected qualifications include exemplary commitment to a local Baptist church, and comfort and commitment to promote biblical principles, both in word and deed, while seeking to prepare godly servants and leaders.
