The Academic Office executive assistant is responsible for performing an unlimited range of administrative duties for the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The executive assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in office management or comparable professional experience, including general computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Expected qualifications include exemplary commitment to a local Baptist church, and comfort and commitment to promote biblical principles, both in word and deed, while seeking to prepare godly servants and leaders.
