Mountain T.O.P. (Tennessee Outreach Project) is a Christian nonprofit, partnership ministry seeking to meet the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of the Cumberland Mountain people. Service Area & Ministry Support
We seek a nonprofit professional for the position of Program Manager - Ministry and Service Area Support. This position is responsible for planning and overseeing home repair projects in our seven county service area as part of the Field Team, assuring the highest quality of work. This person also provides support for all of Mountain T.O.P.’s participant programs. This position reports to the Service Area Manager or Executive Director, as appropriate.
This position requires a person with a servant’s heart, a strong and growing Christian faith, and a commitment to Mountain T.O.P.’s values and philosophies. The ideal candidate will possess aptitude in all aspects of leadership, especially spiritual.
This is a full time, year round management position eligible for the ministry’s benefit package, including salary, health insurance, 401K, and travel reimbursement.
