Broadcast / Production Systems Engineer - IMT

This person is responsible for strategic technical design, infrastructure, integrations, and installations for IMT Media Services. This person serves as a systems engineer for APU’s broadcasts, live events, and multimedia systems. The Broadcast/Production Systems Engineer will leverage knowledge of existing systems and services, as well as capabilities available in the marketplace, to create the most effective solutions to meet the media needs of the University. This person will influence and continually strive to achieve the team’s WIN: Enthusiastic Returning Customers.

 

Required Education

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, or technical equivalent.
  • SBE Broadcast Certification desired or working towards certification.

 

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years broadcast engineering experience.
  • 5-7 years of live-event production and/or broadcast and technical direction with experience across all major technical disciplines: video, lighting, audio, graphics, etc.
