Office Assistant to support a small ministry office staff. We are looking for a True Christ follower who is part of an active church. The ideal candidate will perform administrative office and ministry support activities. Please visit our website to learn more about us. www.calloflove.org
Job Purpose: To support the ministry staff in various administrative functions.
Ongoing responsibilities: answer phones, prepare correspondence, proofread, receive visitors, schedule meetings, file and retrieve documents.
Hospitality for guests and board meetings (meals orders, light prep., cleanup)
Service TV viewers (orders, data entry, follow up correspondence).
3. Assist with details of fundraising events (festivals, banquets, seminars).
4. Assist any staff member as needed.
5. Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies when necessary.
6. Miscellaneous local errands.
7. Organization and cleaning of two small office spaces.
8. Keeping inventory of resources we sell.
9. . Maintaining an organized storage facility.
Have a servant’s heart and attitude.
Uplifting phone voice and professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Self-motivated, learn quickly, positive attitude.
Strong work tenure: experience in a church or a non-profit organization is a plus.
College degree is a plus.
Arabic Language is a plus.
Very good written and verbal communication skills.
Highly resourceful team-player while also productive with little supervision.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
