Trinity Law School, an institution that educates, motivates, and mobilizes attorneys to advocate for justice, serve the Church and pursue the truth, is seeking a coordinator for its TLS Central Service Desk. This position is the one-stop/first-stop service center for the Trinity Law School community.
Responsible for fielding and working with students, faculty, visitors, and prospective students by connecting students with information and resources to navigate their needs.
Administrative duties will include work from Records, Academic Support, Financial Aid, etc.
Assist students with their basic Library and Business Center services
Maintain Lobby appearance and operations
Provide faculty with services to facilitate teaching
Provide registrar student services including examsoft, student portal, schedule posting, exam filing, and grade posting.
Provide financial aid services including student refund check sorting and distribution, Title IV reporting, exit counseling, and other tasks as assigned
Provide various business services including invoice processing, reimbursements, and receipt collection.
Complete administrative work including database projects, mail sorting, lobby reception and supply rooms maintenance, monitor and reorder supplies as needed.
Complete security training and enforce safety policies on campus
Complete related duties as assigned
Supports TIU’s mission and core values, commitment to a Christian lifestyle and character in keeping with biblical models along with the ability to communicate them to prospective students.
Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
Self-starter, willing to take initiative and create opportunities for Trinity Law School.
Computer skills including word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheets, database, internet and electronic mail software. Preferably Microsoft Office Suite with PowerPoint.
