We are looking for a Client Service Specialist who would like to be an integral part of our operations team and make an impact on the lives of the the clients they serve. You will be working with a close-knit team of 3 CFPs and 2 operations staff to make things better both on our team and in the lives of our clients.
What you will be doing:
Prepare and process account related paperwork and client accounts
Respond to client requests via phone and email and perform account administration in support of these requests
Interface with client third party administrators, custodians, and broker dealers
Ownership for resolution of all client inquiries
Handle contributions / distributions in client accounts
Manage projects and own to completion
Assist the Team Leader with meeting prep and follow up
