English Pastor

Southbay Chinese Baptist Church (SCBC) in North San Jose, CA, is looking for a full-time pastor for its English congregation. The English congregation is a group of about 60 and consists of mostly young career adults and young families. We are seeking someone to lead us to grow in our relationship with God and to live as salt and light in our community and world. Candidate should have a solid foundation in God's Word, seminary trained, and has 3 or more years of ministry experience. Candidate will work with the Senior Pastor to develop the vision for the church as a whole but will take leadership of the English congregation. We want to love God more and live with a passion to see Him known. We want to love people more and bring the love of Christ to them as the church was intended to do.
