Young Adult Singles Pastor

 

Position Description

 

The pastor leads the young adult singles ministry of ECBC. He will provide oversight for a leadership team of staff and volunteers. He will develop and implement ministry goals that are consistent with the mission and vision of ECBC. The young adult singles ministry at ECBC has a strong Bible teaching emphasis, a commitment to small groups, and seeks to equip young adult singles to pursue Jesus Christ passionately as they impact their culture.

 

Church Description

 

East Cooper Baptist Church exists to bring glory to God by “Equipping people to pursue Jesus Christ passionately as they impact the culture. ECBC is… Christian with a big “C."  Baptist with a convinced “B. Calvinist with a small “c”. Missional with and active “M”. We currently have 2400 people in 2 traditional and 4 contemporary services at two locations. We place a high value on education. Over 700 adults are involved in small groups. We make a strong commitment of people resources and financial resources to local and global impact. We are next generation focused. Our Senior Pastor is a Gospel Coalition council member. Mt. Pleasant is located across the harbor from Charleston, SC.
