Student Ministries Director

Synergy Church is a new church start in Santa Barbara. We are one year into a three-year plan to build a cutting-edge church that is geared to the unchurched. It'll be hard work, but incredibly rewarding! We're looking for a Student Ministries Director who:
-Loves young people and loves Jesus!
-Has minimum 2 years experience working with High School through College
-Is high-energy and entrepreneurial
-Has a commitment to Synergy's church vision
-Is willing to build a Student Ministry from the ground up
-Can develop a student ministries staff
-Preferably single person or couple
-Non-benefited position
