Children's Leader

 Consolidated Baptist Church is seeking an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our team as the Children's Ministry Leader. This individual will provide vision, development, and management for all aspects of the ministry for children newborn through fifth grade. He/she will also supervise volunteers, plan curriculum and programming, and be responsible for the budget. 

The desired candidate must possess strong Christian faith and character, have a desire and commitment to serve God through Children's Ministry, and have a passion for ministering to children and their parents. He/she should also have an Associate's degree in Education or the equivalent in a field related to Children's Ministry, 3 - 4 years experience working with children in ministry or education, and experience recruiting and developing adult leaders.
