Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Keep official Corporation records and execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials.
· Manage supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
· Screen incoming calls, responding and disseminating them appropriately.
· Prepare memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitors compliance.
· Arrange programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
· Direct preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.
· Act as custodian of corporate documents and records.
· Take and transcribe dictation, and compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
· Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files.
· Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies supervisor when requested.
· Screenand respond to correspondence and emails received in the Associate Pastor’s office.
· Interface with the Executive Team and affiliate entities as needed.
· Proof and edits materials as needed.
· Represent the Associate Pastor as requested.
· Interface with the membership, staff and public as needed.
· Provide complex office administrative support in the areas of procurement, research, and report preparation.
Education and/or Experience
Equivalent to completion of two years of college-level coursework in business or a field related to the work and three years of office administrative, supervisory or lead experience in the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
