The Lead Pastor at Meadowbrooke Church is a biblically qualified elder who works in concert with the Elder Council to fulfill the MISSION of the church. His primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· The preaching and teaching ministry of the church

· The oversight of weekly worship services

· The oversight of staff, both paid and volunteer

· The oversight of the MINISTRY PLAN for an upcoming year

· The steady casting of VISION for the churches ongoing ministry

· The training and equipping of leaders for ministry

· General pastoral duties; weddings, funerals, hospital visits, etc.
