Individual Career Coaching Sessions

We offer career coaching on an individual session or monthly basis if other services do not meet your specific career planning or job search needs. Customized sessions can, for example, help you:

• Develop an action plan and/or work on achieving the career and life goals you have identified.
• Take a "time out" to look at your career and life, and explore what God is calling you to do.
• Implement your plans to run a home-based or small business.
• Prepare for an interview, negotiation session, performance evaluation, or other specific work situation.
• Attain more balance in your career and life.
• Successfully make career and life transitions through ongoing guidance, accountability, and support.

Together with your coach, you determine what you would like to achieve through the coaching process, and develop a path and plan for accomplishing those goals.
